If you are unwell while away from home, you can register as a temporary patient at your local practice for treatment.
A temporary patient can be registered with the practice for up to three months. After this you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with the practice.
To register as a temporary patient please call into the practice and complete the relevant registration form.
Please note appointments are offered on the same basis as our regular patients so you may not be seen straight away. If it is an emergency please speak to reception for advice.
