Update on Prescribing of Mounjaro® in primary care

Our prescribing board in Lancashire and South Cumbria are working hard to set up a service for safe prescribing of weight loss injections including Tirzepatide (brand name Mounjaro®).

We remain UNABLE to prescribe these injections from primary care.

Please do NOT book appointments to discuss this as our clinicians will not be able to prescribe.
